Erich Fogg, PA-C, MMSc., is a nationally recognized physician assistant with nearly 30 years of experience in clinical practice, leadership, and education. A graduate of Emory University, Erich has served as a PA program director, hospital administrator, lead provider in walk-in care, and member of multiple healthcare boards and executive committees.

He is the founder of Pathway to Pass, a high-impact coaching platform that has helped over 250 PAs pass their PANCE exam after previous or multiple failed attempts—and thousands more find success on high-stakes exams throughout their didactic and clinical training. His work bridges decades of clinical expertise with deep insight into test development, performance psychology, and educational strategy.

Ashlyn Smith is a board-certified Physician Associate and Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of PAs with specialized expertise in endocrinology, diabetes, and cardio-renal-metabolic conditions. She prioritizes the whole health approach to medical care embodied by the specialty principles of lifestyle medicine. She brings extensive clinical experience and a passion for improving patient outcomes through integrated, patient-centered care. Her work spans clinical practice, telehealth innovation, medical education, and healthcare consulting.

Ashlyn is founder, educator, and clinician at ELM Endocrinology & Lifestyle Medicine, PLLC, a telehealth-based specialty practice focused on expanding access to high-quality, whole-person endocrine care. An entrepreneur and educator, she also co-launched the Independent PA Collective, supporting PAs in launching innovative, independent practices. Ashlyn is Past President of the American Society of Endocrine Physician Assistants, where she advocates for PA leadership and clinical excellence in endocrine care. Engagement, leadership and personal development have been strong focuses throughout her career as evidenced by roles as advisor on the ADA Primary Care Advisory Group, the AAPA CME symposium Chairperson, CaRMA Live faculty, Point of Care Network Center of Excellence Faculty Member, and recipient of the 2024, 2022, and 2019 America’s Top PA Awards.

She also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Midwestern University and lectures regularly on pituitary disorders at Creighton University’s PA Program. In addition to clinical care, she is a frequent speaker at regional and national conferences, translating complex endocrine and PA leadership topics into engaging and practical calls to action.

Kristin Burton, MPAS, PA-C, CAQ-HM, CPAAPA is a practicing PA in pulmonary & critical care medicine. She is the founder of Millionaires in Medicine, a company designed to promote financial literacy to medical professionals. Her own journey from $161,000 in student loan debt to millionaire at 31 is what inspired to help other medical professionals find financial freedom. She has previously been adjunct faculty at Franklin University PA Program, affiliate faculty at Butler University PA Program, and has served on the board of Indiana Academy for Physician Assistants. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mom of two. When she's not helping medical professionals build wealth, she's traveling with her family and expanding her amateur sommelier knowledge.
